Summary: Associate IT Administrator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and administering various enterprise applications. This role requires a working knowledge and demonstrated understanding of IT systems, networking, and application administration.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Monitor day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Enforce security measures to protect the organization's IT systems.
Technical Support:
- Provide first and second level technical support to end-users.
- Resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with application training and troubleshooting.
VoIP Administration:
- Maintain the organization's Cisco VoIP phone system.
- Configure user settings, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for phone system features.
Network Administration:
- Maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
- Configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network security and performance.
Application Administration:
- Administer TREQSO, Salesforce, SAP, and SharePoint environments.
- Configure user permissions, manage data, and troubleshoot application issues.
- Monitor Power Apps and Automate workflows.
365 Global Administration:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Configure user settings, manage licenses, and ensure compliance with Microsoft's policies.
Azure and Hypervisor Cluster Administration:
- Monitor virtualization clusters.
- Manage virtual machines (VMs).
- Ensure cluster performance and availability.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT infrastructures, networking, and application administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Salesforce, SAP, and SharePoint.
- Experience with VoIP phone systems and network administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, or other relevant technologies.
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) / CCNA Collaboration / CCNP Collaboration
Work Environment
This position works in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time Hourly position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch, work hours can vary based on need.
