What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Concierge / Front Desk Associate *** Part-Time position at iDART Solutions Group?
Seeking to fill concierge within a senior living facility. Our client is seeking a customer service oriented Concierge to assist residents and log in all visitors to the facility. We’re searching for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality service to all their residents and understands the worth of exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a confident personality, understands the essence of customer service, and be equipped with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
RESPONSIBILITIES: including but not limited to
- Greeting residents at the door and assisting them with the doors when necessary
- Handle inquiries from clients and residents in a professional manner.
- Greet visitors when they enter the building and guide them to their designated areas.
- Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner.
- Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
- Assist in enforcing building and visitors rules and regulations.
- Strong reporting skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to learn.
- Prior experience working in high end buildings a plus.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
- Skills in multitasking and good time-management.
- Lift up to 50lbs.

- $18.00 per hour paid weekly.
