Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 for tracking shipments and inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and fulfill customer orders accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, logistics, and e-commerce operations.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), particularly AS400 is preferred.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives within a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Forklift certification is required; training may be provided for qualified candidates.

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
