Position Overview :

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Aquatics Director to join our team and keep our high-energy facility running smoothly! This is a full-time, leadership role that combines program management, customer relations, event planning, and teaching responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who loves working with children, is skilled in organization, and brings swim experience to help lead our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and support a team of swim instructors, ensuring quality and consistency in all classes.
• Schedule and coordinate swim classes, lessons, and events for optimal efficiency.
• Teach classes as needed, modeling effective instruction and ensuring safety.
• Help coach and build our Special Olympics swim team.
• Foster strong relationships with families to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Ensure all safety standards are met across classes and events.
• Oversee birthday parties and serve as the director for these fun, family-centered events.
• Plan customer appreciation events to strengthen community and family engagement.
