WOODHAVEN ASSOCIATION is accepting applications for the following Full-time equivalent position, Aquatics Manager: This position works closely with the Director of Recreation/Aquatics. Responsibilities include management and operation of 2 outdoor pools and a lakefront beach, supervision and scheduling of up to 24 employees, with an emphasis on personnel management and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a heavy weekend summer work schedule with operations open From May through September. Current Red Cross certifications or ability to obtain with assistance provided: Lifeguarding, Lifeguard Training Instructor and/or Water Safety Instructor. The full-time equivalent position offers the applicant benefits year-round but is based on the applicant working 1550 hours per year.
We do run a background screen on all applicants 18 years of age and older. This includes a MVR report for some positions.
