Position Control Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis - Dashboard
Role Mission :
As a Position Control Analyst atIDEA Public Schools, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining our dashboard systems. Your primary focus will be on improving data accuracy, efficiency, and usability, ensuring that our organization has access to reliable information for informed decision-making. This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of educational processes and a passion for continuous improvement.
Location :
This is a full-time remote position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland / Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.
Travel Expectations :
- Up to 30% of the time during the busiest parts of the year

Implement best practices for data visualization and reporting.

Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $63,400 and $73,300, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity.This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.
