What are the responsibilities and job description for the LVN Home Health Nurse position at Ideal Choice Home Health?

Looking for kind and compassionate LVN's to join the Ideal Choice team. Responsibilities include:

Monitor patients' vital signs. Head-to-toe assessment
Ensure that patients take their medication.
Provide skilled nursing services
Observe patients' progress throughout treatment.
Consult patients' families about the patients' progress.
Input Notes into Kinnser by Wellsky. easy to use software, can also be used to do electronic route sheets.

Looking for LVNs who can visit patients in Yucaipa and surrounding areas.
