Job Summary:
Ideal Fire and Security is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler/Alarm Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the full range of our fire protection and security services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire sprinkler and alarm systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to determine fire protection and alarm system needs.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes for fire sprinkler and alarm system installations, upgrades, and services.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are completed on time.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sales within the fire protection, security, or related industries.
- Knowledge of fire sprinkler and alarm systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of local, state, and national fire codes and regulations is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary commission structure based on sales performance.
