Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate

Ideal Fulfillment in Temecula, CA is looking for one Warehouse Order Fulfillment associate to join our team.

We are looking for a bright individual with excellent reasoning skills who is a fast learner and can be trained into this position.

This is a full-time, W-2 position, and is eligible for benefits.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

*Ownership and oversight of the outbound shipping processes *Generating logical batches of orders in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) *Printing batch and individual order pick tickets, shipping labels, packing slips, etc. so the pick/pack team can complete orders *Verification of outbound orders *Managing order status in the WMS (updating status to picking/picked/packed/shipped, etc. as needed) *Monitoring customer chat messages/requests and taking appropriate actions *Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of shipments *Ensuring orders placed prior to 12PM ship out the same day *Coordination of outbound freight pickups *Providing BOLs and other documentation to truck drivers as needed *Generating BOL documents when necessary *Processing customer returns *Coordinating with other departments as needed *Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment *Escalation of any issues related to personnel or outbound processes to management/ownership

Requirements:

*Comfortable with basic functions of a Windows computer, including interacting with cloud-based applications *Critical thinking and strong reasoning skills *High attention to detail *Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks (after sufficiently trained and comfortable with our systems / processes) *Highly dependable / reliable – will show up to work on-time and regularly. Does not frequently call-out last minute *Available 7:30AM to 4:00PM Monday-Friday *Friendly attitude / plays well with others – we work as a team each day to get our customers’ orders out accurately and on time *No specific education requirements *Fluent in English *Strong reading comprehension *Legally permitted to work in the US

Nice to have but not required:

*Experience with shipping of e-commerce or freight orders *Experience with warehouse operations

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $20.00/hour.
