Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Worker to provide office support for our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations including data entry. Light accounting background a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
-Maintain data in property management software systems such as Buildium and Rent Manager and accounting systems such as Quickbooks
-Support the accounting staff, coordinate bill tracking with accounting, maintain office system records
-Call vendors to resolve issues of billing, etc
-Maintain Excel spreadsheets
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a clerical or office setting is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
