Founded in 2013, Ideal School is fully licensed by the Department of Education, Nurse Owned and Operated school. We currently offer 12 curricula from Medical assistant, Nursing Assistant, just to name a few.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proven work experience as a Bursar Coordinator for a minimum of 2 years or 2 years experience as a bookkeeper.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular), QuickBooks or other accounting system.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with budget preparation and cash flow management.
- Solid time management skills with an ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience creating reports and presentations.
- HS diploma / GED required.
