Key Responsibilities & Duties
Realtor Prospecting
- Connect & Collaborate: Cultivate strong relationships by engaging with 10 realtors each day.
- Face-to-Face Engagement: Schedule at least one in-person meeting with a realtor each week.
- Event Participation: Attend one scheduled realtor event per month to expand your network.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Maintain an optimal cross-sale ratio of 50%.
- Daily Outreach: Connect with 10 potential buyers every day, ensuring all interactions follow our Lasso system for follow-up.
- Consistent Communication: Complete all daily Lasso activities and provide timely feedback on every appointment to our Online Sales Counselors and Sales Manager.
- Master the 4:2 Presentation: Learn and effectively deliver our innovative 4:2 presentation to showcase our beautiful model homes.
- Home Preparation: Ensure finished homes are spotless and inviting—this includes keeping yards and flowerbeds weeded, mowed, and watered.
- Ambassador Role: Represent Ideal Homes with pride by accurately and enthusiastically sharing our products and vision with the public.
- Paperwork Excellence: Prepare complete and precise contract files to support a smooth sales process.
- Additional Training: Embrace further responsibilities as outlined during your comprehensive training.
- Community Enhancements: Proactively identify community improvement opportunities and coordinate with the appropriate contacts to resolve them.
- Maintain Presentation:
- Report any interior or exterior maintenance needs for model and field homes promptly.
- Notify the builder of any landscape or maintenance issues to keep our properties at their best.
- Insurance Compliance: Maintain an auto insurance policy with minimum liability limits of 100/300/100 that names Ideal Homes of Norman, LP as an additional interest to support your travel needs for work.
Key Qualifications
- Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with basic computer proficiency.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to regular weekly calls with current customers in process.
- Meeting Participation: Willingness to attend all pre-construction meetings with the builder.
- Background: A college degree or prior sales experience is preferred—but your enthusiasm and drive are what truly set you apart.
- Standard Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Weekend Commitment: Availability to work three weekends per month is required.
- Days Off: Enjoy two scheduled days off each week.
- Field Work: Flexibility to leave the model home to conduct tours, inspect properties, and complete other sales-related duties is essential.
Work Environment:
- Dynamic Setting: You'll enjoy a moderate noise-level work environment that combines time in our model home office with on-site visits to new home construction locations.
