Location : Work-from-Home
- This position is work-from-home! To be considered, candidates must reside in one of the following states : Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.
Compensation : $17.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM PST (11 : 00-20 : 00) Pacific Time , 40 hours per week. Changes to this schedule are not available.

The Role :
As a Patient Care Representative , you play a key role in providing outstanding service to incoming patient inquires and providing an in-depth understanding of Ideal Option’s program and other company.

Has effective verbal and written communication skills. Can type a speed of 60 words per minute or more. Has the ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment, has general knowledge regarding use of office equipment. A knowledge of chemical dependency and its effects on individuals, families, and communities is required.
