Receptionist | PBX Operator will be responsible for:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greeting various walk-in customers.
· Managing phone system and answering calls for multiple businesses.
· Ordering office supplies.
· Collecting and distributing mail.
· Managing and compiling weekly reports.
· Submitting permits, city registrations and scheduling inspection for multiple businesses.
· Collecting and organizing checks and recording via excel for daily deposits.
· Fire extinguisher customer walk-in’s – inspected, tagged, and invoiced (No certification needed).
· Employee licensing applications and management.
Receptionist PBX Operator background should include:
- VOIP undestanding
- PBX and oncall system
- Ability to answer multiple phone systems
- QuickBooks, Sage, Service Trade, HubSpot systems given high priority
