In addition to open yard position we are hiring for counter coordinator & sales, rental associates with CDL A or B, experienced and seasoned rental industry veterans
Rental Yard Associate Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment upon return, noting any signs of damage, needs for repair, or missing hardware, and documenting each aspect on equipment check-in list
- Organization of the rental yard, including returning all units and attachments to their respective storage locations
- Prepare equipment for new rental contracts, including visual inspections prior to shipment and updating the unit signage as necessary
- Ensure that all equipment meets the company’s standards and set specifications
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and daily practice of the company’s required safety training
- Report any unsafe acts or unsafe nature of equipment and/or yard, when necessary, to your immediate supervisor
- May occasionally be tasked with delivery to or pick up from job sites for equipment, and setting up temporary fence or taking down temporary fence.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor, including providing customer service support to the counter staff

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Ability to be in constant motion for an extended period of time
Must be physically able to work in jobsite conditions for significant periods to include lifting 50lbs and occasionally up to 100lbs, bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching

Schedule:
4/10 hour workdays
6:45am - 5pm Monday to Friday, rotating Saturdays 8:00am - 2pm,
Overtime/Weekends as needed
Licenses Required: Valid WA State license in good standing
Education: High school diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.66 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
