Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney

A fast-growing and award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team in Pittsburgh. This role is ideal for a litigator with 5-8 years of experience who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has the autonomy to drive cases from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage cases from inception to resolution, with minimal supervision from partners
- Prepare for and conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials/arbitrations
- Draft pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and handle complex procedural and substantive issues
- Build and maintain client relationships, including involvement in networking and business development activities
- Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and office staff
- Support and mentor junior attorneys and associates
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of litigation experience, preferably in transportation and employment litigation
- Strong ability to work independently and efficiently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Licensed in Pennsylvania
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiar with legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
Compensation & Benefits:
