We are seeking a friendly, positive, energetic, and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing wellness practice. No prior experience is necessary—we’re excited to train the right candidate who shares our vision of improving health naturally and holistically.
What You’ll Do:
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our practice by assisting our doctors with patient care, new patient processing, and administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients into a warm and inviting environment.
- Assisting the doctor during patient visits, including helping with X-ray positioning and patient education.
- Directing patients through spinal hygiene exercises
- Assisting at the front desk: scheduling appointments, and answering calls, emails, and texts.
- Processing payments and answering questions
- Keeping the office organized and running smoothly to maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

Office Hours:
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM; 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM; 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM; 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Additional time may be required for meetings, training, and other duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
