Job Summary:

 Performs repetitive machining operations using production machinery.

Essential Functions of Job:

• Performs repetitive machining operations using production machinery.
• Checks quality of parts using ball gauges and protrusion gauges as required by work order.
• Records production time and parts produced on appropriate production card.
• Reports any problems to Secondary/Drilling lead. 

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass Basic Skills Test as required by ISO 
• Good dexterity to quickly handle small parts
• Accuracy and attention to detail is required
• Ability to lift 40 lbs on regular basis
• Ability to remain in standing position more than 95% of working hours.

WORKING HOURS:

Standard Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm M-F

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk and/or sit and reach with hands and arms. May occasionally climb stairs, drive vehicles, and operate equipment. Lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Must wear required hearing and/or eye protection.
