We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates across a variety of positions and departments, ensuring our organization attracts and retains the best talent to meet our business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various job functions and levels.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR representatives to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process by offering clear communication and feedback.
- Proactively build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Implement strategies to engage with passive candidates and create a talent pool for critical roles.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities too enhance the organization’s visibility within the manufacturing sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to foster a positive employer brand.
- Develop and manage talent pools and recruitment marketing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Utilize data driven approaches to analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve the effectiveness of sourcing and selection process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement creative employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment content, including videos, blogs, and social media campaigns.
- Explore and implement new technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources with a focus in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS,or equivalent).
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
- Experience using social media for sourcing and recruitment.
