Responsible for contract administration and financing of the National Account portfolio. Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

1. Contract Management

  • Create and manage master agreements, addendums and assignments.
  • Work with the National Account sales team and sales engineering to create Schedule As for all new orders using SalesForce and Docusign.
  • Complete and distribute final Schedule As upon delivery of equipment.
  • Facilitate transfer Schedule As.

2. Financing

  • Work with affiliates, sales engineers and AVPs to prepare final rate sheets ensuring all costs are reconciled and included.
  • Submit finance requests to preferred lending source.
  • Import data into National Account system and create invoices for funding.

3. Customer Service:

  • Provide support for day-to-day account inquiries and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., accounting, sales, engineering) to ensure affiliate needs are met.
  • Manage and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and other key metrics.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all account documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions.
  • Pull documentation for audits as required.

6. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve them before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.
