About The Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement goals.
- Manage and Optimize Paid Advertising Campaigns: Oversee paid advertising efforts across platforms like Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and other relevant channels, optimizing for ROI in conjunction with marketing agency.
- Enhance SEO Performance: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Email & Text Marketing: Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance to optimize open rates and conversions.
- Website Management and Optimization: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure website content is up-to-date, and optimized for conversions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience/Knowledge Required:
- Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Experience with Wordpress or other CMS platforms.
- Ability to provide a portfolio of work as part of the interview process
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a significant plus.
