JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Specialist I
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist/Strategist your primary responsibility will be to design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at our clients, prospects, and internal team. You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to shape the overall marketing strategy and ensure that it aligns with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate should possess the skills to effectively coordinate and execute inbound and outbound campaigns through digital channels, including but not limited to marketing automation, social media, email marketing, website optimization, and SEO/SEM. Your ability to utilize data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement will be crucial in driving business growth.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's target market and persona while using innovative strategies
- Coordinate Inbound and Outbound campaigns through digital means such as marketing automation, social media, email, website, SEO/SEM, and more
- Plan and manage assigned email marketing campaigns, including email copywriting, list segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize performance
- Plan and manage assigned paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to drive website traffic and generate leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer retention and upsell campaigns
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new initiatives and campaigns Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing campaigns aligned with the company's target market and personas, leveraging innovative strategies to drive tangible business outcomes and maximize revenue generation.
Content Development and Curation
- Develop online marketing content, articles, success stories, and content curation
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic
Social Media Management
- Manage and develop social media marketing campaigns that drive engagement and increase brand awareness
Event Coordination
- Coordinate events (Webinar, Seminar, Tradeshows)
Reporting and Analysis
- Assure campaigns are achieving our performance metrics, such as marketing qualified leads, engagements, open/clicks, etc.
- Participate in campaign planning and performance reporting to internal clients
- Use data to draw conclusions about marketing campaigns and make recommendations accordingly
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and recommend optimizations to increase effectiveness and ROI
Collaboration and Communication
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
- Keep well-informed of assigned internal clients' marketing and media needs and communicate those to the Director of Marketing and participating Project Managers
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors
- Must be a keeper of the company's brand standards, to ensure consistency of voice across all materials and campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Marketing and/or 3-5 yrs. equivalent experience in marketing considered
