Responsibilities
- Design, build, implement and maintain Salesforce solutions
- Analyze business requirements and turn them into technical solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, analysts, managers, and engineers to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Develop technical, user and process documentation and diagrams
- Mentor other software engineers
- Conduct code / solution reviews
- Assist with testing
- Administer and maintain multiple salesforce instances across different countries
- Act as second level support for issues the support desk needs help with
- Act as technical Subject Matter Expert for the business stakeholders
- Identify and resolve technical issues; recommend solutions and improvement in pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Ensure technical solutions are robust, reliable, easily sustainable / maintainable, scalable and secure
- Stay up to date on latest technologies, trends and best practices
