Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data from various sources to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement and output to Excel for interpretation and remediation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, purchase variance, and supplier performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare monthly reports that tracks supply spend, cost variances, and trends
- Evaluate supplier performance based on key metrics such as lead time, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with procurement to identify and onboard new suppliers as needed.
- Support negotiations and contract management by providing data-driven insights.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align inventory strategies with production schedules and customer demand.
- Assist in implementing inventory control measures and cycle counting processes.
- Work with sales and production teams to analyze historical data and market trends for accurate demand forecasting.
- Assist in developing forecasting models to support production planning and procurement decisions.
- Identify potential supply chain disruptions and recommend proactive solutions.
- Identify areas for process optimization within the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of supply chain management software and technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards within the supply chain.
- Assess risks related to suppliers, logistics, and inventory, and develop mitigation strategies.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $64,890 - $81,120/yr benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required w/ no dual citizenship.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g. ERP systems) with advanced MS EXCEL and reporting skillset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.

- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Microsoft Excel Expert
Salary : $64,890 - $81,120
