What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Human Resources Generalist position at Idera, Inc.?
- Coordinate the preparation and verify headcount and well as other reporting for the Finance and Accounting team
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedure
- Manage international HR efforts and activities
- Collaborate and drive HR projects across the team
- Lead Mergers and Acquisition activities. including due diligence and integration
- Juggle conflicting initiatives and special projects
- Other duties as needed
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience considered
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standard practices, policies, procedures, or government law.
- Effective decision-making and communication skills are required as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include both written and oral
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (vLookups, Pivot Tables)
