Job Title: M&A Analyst – RWI Insurance Broker

Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented M&A Analyst to join their growing team in Dallas, TX. The Analyst will play a key role in supporting the placement of RWI policies, conducting deal analysis, and providing strategic insights to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with an M&A, finance, legal or insurance background to gain specialized expertise in transactional risk solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on M&A transactions and assess the suitability of RWI policies.
- Analyze deal structures, financial statements, and key contractual provisions to identify potential risks.
- Liaise with underwriters, legal counsel, and clients to facilitate policy placement and negotiations.
- Provide analytical support for pricing, policy terms, and coverage structures.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and market intelligence on transactional risk trends.
- Assist in managing client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of insurance solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate law, or insurance advisory.
- Strong understanding of M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and contract analysis.
- Exposure to transactional risk insurance (RWI, tax liability, litigation insurance) is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
