As a leading manufacturer of heating and water pump systems used in semiconductor manufacturing processes, we are seeking a results-driven Business Line Leader (BLL) with semiconductor industry experience to lead our Pump product line and supporting some of the world’s most advanced semiconductor fabs. As our Pump Business Line Leader, you will oversee this critical product line, leading a cross-functional team across Engineering, Sales, and Production functions to achieve targets. You will be responsible for P&L management and the overall success of the Pump product line, ensuring operational excellence and on-time delivery to our semiconductor customers. Reporting to the General Manager, this position will lead a cross-functional team and ensure we meet customer needs by driving innovation, process improvements, and product quality.

What You’ll Do :
Develop and execute a business strategy that achieves profitability targets for the Pump product line used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, sales professionals, and production staff to ensure product quality and delivery performance.
Drive financial performance by managing the P&L for the Pump product line.
Partner with semiconductor manufacturers and OEM customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
Ensure the Pump product line remains competitive in the semiconductor market through product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and mentoring your team.
Identify and capture new business opportunities within the semiconductor industry.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Operations (MBA preferred).
10 years of leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing, capital equipment, or industrial manufacturing.
Proven track record of managing product lines with P&L responsibility.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in engineering, sales, and production.
Knowledge of semiconductor fabs, OEMs, and the semiconductor supply chain is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
