Position Overview / Responsibilities for the AP Analyst :
- Processing PO and Non-PO invoices for 3rd Party vendors and Intercompany entities in a timely manner and within the defined AP SLA guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with Accounts Payable business processes, meeting weekly and month-end deadlines
- Collaborating with internal business partners such as Purchasing, Compliance, Tax, etc.
- Assisting the AP Sr Manager and Supervisor in running reports, analyzing data, and driving resolution
- Providing high-level customer service to our internal and external stakeholders
