Job Title: Surgical Services - Clinical Process Improvement Manager
Monday - Friday: 7AM - 3:30PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Process Improvement Manager within Surgical Services to lead and optimize operations within one of our facilities. This role partners with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives, enhance operational efficiencies, and improve patient and staff experiences within the Surgical Services Division. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, ensure cost-effective resource management, and foster collaboration across departments to support high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations of the Surgical Services Division, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical workflows, patient safety, and overall operational performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare leadership to forecast patient volumes, optimize staffing levels, and support financial planning.
- Lead vendor management efforts, including contract negotiations, procurement, and cost-saving strategies.
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness.
- Manage and streamline business processes, including hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
- Drive cross-functional improvement projects, working closely with Directors, Managers, and Leadership teams to align strategic objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, improve patient experiences, and control operational costs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, business management, finance, or process improvement.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Expertise in surgical services operations, vendor management, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives and collaborate across departments to drive results.

Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
