Position Overview / Responsibilities for the HR Payroll Coordinator :
- Supports all wage garnishment processing
- Assists with processing, balancing, and transmitting payrolls to and from ADP payroll
- Ensures automated timekeeping hours file is processed and balanced
- Frequently interacts with various departments and addresses incoming inquiries
- Identifies critical pay incoming tickets to determine need for On Demand paycards / checks and processes emergency pays
- Provides excellent customer service to employees, coworkers
