Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Specialist :
- Engage with existing customers to introduce products and service contract offerings
- Identify and prospect new customer opportunities and leads
- Drive new business sales and service contract renewals through email outreach and outbound calling
- Communicate with key decision-makers to promote product sales and secure service contracts
- Assess customers' existing equipment and warranty terms to recommend appropriate solutions
