Position Overview / Responsibilities for the PeopleSoft Business Analyst :
The Business Analyst should have strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll or Time & Labor, with preferred experience in Texas state agencies or the CAPPS system. Key responsibilities include requirement analysis, working with subject matter experts, documenting complex requirements, conducting testing, and supporting test cycles. Effective communication, collaboration in a remote environment, and the ability to estimate work and meet deadlines are essential.
Required Skills for the PeopleSoft Business Analyst :
- 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM on implementation or upgrade projects
- Professional experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor
- Professional experience supporting CAPPS Financials
