Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, user manuals, and training materials for technical applications.
Create and format technical diagrams, reports, and internal / external communications for a variety of audiences.
Produce training content such as coursework and videos for common tasks to enhance user learning experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and clear documentation for end-users with different technical backgrounds.
Edit and revise technical documents for clarity, readability, and consistency, ensuring they are accessible to non-technical users.
Assist with the creation of style guides, SOPs, policy documentation, and content management for web platforms.
Qualifications :
Strong communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical content into simple, easy-to-understand language.
Experience creating end-user documentation for technical applications, including user manuals, technical diagrams, and training materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop) and web content management.
Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting (e.g., training sessions, presentations, or video conferences).
Knowledge of CSS and user experience design principles, with an eye for document formatting and layout for readability.
Excellent collaboration and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and in team settings
