Position Overview / Responsibilities for the End User Computing Architect :
- Develop and manage the Mobile Device Management (MDM) strategy, including the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of mobile devices across the organization.
- Implement and oversee Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions to ensure secure access and management of mobile applications.
- Establish and maintain a robust device patching process to ensure all end-user devices are up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-user computing environments, ensuring quick resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
- Lead the planning, testing, and deployment of Windows 11 across the organization, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to end users.
