Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Inventory Coordinator :

• Act as the primary liaison between our client and third-party warehouse teams to ensure alignment on outbound schedules and priorities.
• Track and report on inventory accuracy, stock levels, and receiving status to internal teams.
• Assist in resolving inventory variances by reconciling warehouse reports with internal inventory data.
• Oversee inbound shipments and work with third-party warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving and documentation of inventory.
• Conduct physical inventory audits to verify quantities received against packing lists and system records.

Required Skills for Inventory Coordinator :

• 1-3 years of warehouse receiving, inventory management, or logistics experience (merchandise or retail industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes, SKU tracking, and warehouse operations.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
