Position Overview / Responsibilities for the IT HR Architect :

Combining roadmaps from multiple functional groups to align with goals, business plans, and business processes.
Coordinating functional architects to develop project plans encompassing all technical tasks that meet enterprise and business schedule.
Developing technical designs to support the delivery of solutions and overseeing multiple projects in the project portfolio.
Maintaining standards on cross-functional initiatives to align with enterprise standards.
Evaluating the impacts of new technology on multiple connected systems.
Documenting the implementation of business processes across technical systems.

Required Skills for IT HR Architect :

12 years of Information Technology experience.

2 years of experience in architecture for larger organizations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Advanced knowledge of SOA and object-oriented analysis and design.

Advanced ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.

Strong knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.

Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors is strongly desired.
