Manager, Accounting Operations

IDR is actively seeking a Manager, Accounting Operations to join one of our top clients in Nashville, TN, for an urgent need! Position Responsibilities:

• Lead Operations Accounting cross-functionally as a Strategic and Financial leader
• Identify and drive implementation of automation solutions including business intelligence analytics, robotics process automation, and enhanced financial reporting
• Support mentorship and development of junior members of the team
• Manage the monthly closing process for specifically assigned areas of responsibility

Position Requirements:

• 7 years of Accounting including prior management / leadership level experience
• Technical experience with SAP S/4 system upgrades and implementations
• Accounting experience in the retail industry environment
• Expertise in supporting and implementing Accounting processes
