We have an immediate and long-term opportunity for a Marketing Project Manager with a company based in Memphis, TN.
Hybrid Role | Must be local to Memphis, TN
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will lead multiple marketing projects specifically in Email Marketing leveraging project management best practices. You ll play a key role in setting project goals, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple marketing projects with a focus on Email Marketing using standard project management methodologies.
- Define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring an iterative and adaptive approach.
- Establish governance frameworks, setting clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes for marketing initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress, quality, and team performance.
- Develop insightful reports and visualizations for senior leadership using agile/project management tools.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in mass marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Ziflow, and SharePoint.
- Leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
