Position Responsibilities:
- Work independently with Scientists and Business SMEs to draft end-to-end process maps, user journeys, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with ELN software vendors to support solution design and fit-gap analysis.
- Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Provide technical expertise in Pega development and workflow automation within R&D environments.
- Assist in the design and implementation of ELN solutions to enhance research efficiency and data integrity.
Required Skills for Pega Developer:
- 5 years of experience as a Pega Developer, with a focus on business process automation.
- Strong knowledge of R&D Life Sciences, particularly in Medicinal Chemistry, Reaction Informatics, and Gene Design.
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN) and familiarity with industry-leading ELN platforms.
- Proven experience in Business Process Mapping and Requirements Gathering within complex research environments.
