Position Overview for the Product Owner:
This job is a member of the Global Sales Data Management Reporting Team within the Customer Intelligence Division. Responsible for liaising with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes.
Required Skills for the Product Owner:
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Hands on experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Certification preferred)
- Prior experience managing product roadmaps using Rally project tracking tool
- Experience prioritizing product backlog items, creating user stories, and ensuring team expectations
- Experience designing testing strategy and test cases, executing UAT and production validation
