Position Summary/Key Responsibilities for QA Analyst:
- Analyze user stories and collaborate with developers and administrators to develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios.
- Identify, document, track, and report bugs throughout the testing process.
- Perform thorough regression testing to verify bug resolutions and ensure system stability.
- Provide support for two separate instances of NetSuite.
- Develop detailed documentation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to facilitate stakeholder review.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to validate functionality and performance.
- Evaluate user stories, use cases, and requirements for accuracy, feasibility, and completeness.
- Monitor and report debugging process results to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Stay current with evolving testing tools, industry best practices, and new quality assurance strategies.
Required Qualifications for QA Analyst:
- Strong knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and Product Owners to address issues and discuss requested enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Demonstrated experience as a QA tester or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, including test planning and execution.
- Skilled in documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively.
- Ability to develop and write test scenarios for both QA and UAT testing.
