This is a hybrid position (2 days/week remote); must be local to Downtown ATL!

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the QA Automation Engineer- Salesforce:

• Engage in both manual and automation testing for Salesforce Service Cloud platform
• Develop and enhance QA processes
• Conduct backend database testing with SQL
• Utilize Selenium for automation testing
• Evaluate software dependencies and design test cases accordingly

Required Skills for QA Automation Engineer- Salesforce:

• Proven expertise in both manual and automation testing
• Experience in developing and improving QA processes
• Strong skills in SQL for backend database testing
• Hands-on experience with Selenium
• Familiarity with Salesforce Platform, preferably Service Cloud
• Ability to evaluate software dependencies and design effective test cases
• Basic programming knowledge to work within an automation framework
