Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for Windows OS, Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and various other software applications, ensuring quick resolution of technical issues.
- Offer exceptional customer support and training for end users, including ticket tracking through Dynamics and Service Now.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software, ensuring smooth operation for users.
- Maintain a daily calendar of meetings and events, preparing presentations, agendas, and other necessary documents.
- Manage inventory and product support, ensuring up-to-date hardware and software configurations are in place.
- Provide support for remote access software, including VPN configuration, and assist with data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
