Required skills of the Technical Writer:
- 3 years of experience with technical writing, documenting processes, and improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of security standards
- Experience documenting infrastructure and server support
- Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems
- Preferred skills of the Technical Writer:Experience with Server support is a plus
- Experience as a trainer is a plus
- Some experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management
- Some Experience with Google Apps in a professional environment
