The Gig
Are you a master of project orchestration? As the Project Manager at IDX, you'll take the helm of our operations, defining processes, and steering projects toward success with precision and flair. You'll juggle timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring every deliverable not only meets our high standards but also aligns perfectly with project constraints. Partner with our delivery teams, account managers, and stakeholders to ensure every project runs smoothly and is delivered on time, every time.
You Will
- Oversee project operations: Create a structure and repeatable processes to consistently ensure that requirements are captured precisely, scope and deliverables are documented clearly, estimation and budgets are prepared accurately and project teams are briefed and change managed effectively.
- Resource Management: Be responsible for project resource management, ensuring that resources are scheduled for all projects and timesheets are well maintained.
- Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of website development and performance marketing projects from initial request to final delivery, ensuring alignment of both client expectations and agency goals.
- Develop and Maintain Project Plans: Create detailed plans for all projects, ensuring tasks, dependencies, milestones and timelines are clear and achievable. Monitor progress and adjust as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Ensure Clear Communication: Provide regular updates to the account team on project status, potential risks, and any deviations from the plan. Proactively identify and communicate at-risk deadlines to maintain client satisfaction.
- Manage Project Budgets: Ensure project budgets are adhered to and change is managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leverage Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Kantata, JIRA and Smartsheet for efficient project tracking, scheduling, and reporting, maintaining organized and transparent project documentation.
- Act as Client Liaison: Collaborate closely with the account team to address client needs, manage expectations, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
- Solid experience of project management within a digital or performance marketing agency setting.
- Utilize your proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet to drive project efficiency. Expertly estimate costs and manage budgets for creative deliverables.
- Experience managing the delivery lifecycle associated with website development from requirements capture, strategy, and design through to development and launch.
- Experience managing retained performance marketing teams, with an understanding of all facets and skillsets involved (SEO, Analytics, Paid Media, Paid social etc…).
- Showcase exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards.
- Use excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey project status and issues clearly to both internal teams and clients.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to anticipate potential issues and proactively develop effective solutions.
- Passion for client service with a driven, “don’t stop ‘til it’s done” attitude.
- Ability to manage several high-complexity projects within tight deadlines.
- Strong time management and delegation skills with the ability to juggle many tasks and meet deadlines.
