The Gig

Do you have a knack for translating complex data and research into actionable insights that drive results? As the Senior Manager, Strategy at IDX, you'll become the architect of insightful thinking, leading the way in crafting human-centric solutions that crack the code on client challenges. Reporting to our Director of Strategy and partnering with a powerhouse team of creatives, media planners, and business leads, you'll ensure flawless execution of your strategies across all touchpoints. You Will

• Act as a strategic consultant on key accounts with complex market challenges, sales opportunities and accounts whilst building trusted, positive relationships with clients.
• Work with multi-discipline teams (including Content, Design, Media, SEO, Analytics, Technical) to ensure clients strategies and recommendations are thorough, clearly defined and implemented consistently. 
• Use market research platforms to draw actionable insights for cross-functional teams. 
• Supporting the Director of Strategy on departmental initiatives. 
• Develop strategic initiatives for client projects and performance marketing activities. 
• Ensure the use of standardized frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to guide client success. 
• Manage market research and insights to inform strategic recommendations. 
• Craft compelling presentations, ensuring strategies are communicated clearly and effectively. 
• Develop a structured blueprint of strategic initiatives, ensuring teams have defined milestones and success metrics prior to hand off to coordinators. 
• Oversee resource planning by working with Project Managers and Planning teams to allocate resources efficiently. 

About You

• 5–7 years of experience across multiple digital marketing channels (some of which must be in a digital agency environment)
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations. 
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a performance marketing agency or related environment. 
• Analytical and data-driven with a strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Paid Search, Display, Programmatic, Social, SEO, Email, Affiliate). 
• Strong problem-framing skills with the ability to develop or use existing marketing frameworks that align with business objectives
• Strong presentation skills is able to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading client workshops and strategic discussions.
