We’re Looking For: Someone with tenacity, passion, discipline, and grit to join our growing online division in Mesa, AZ as an Online Career Services Specialist! This in-person position will be located at the school campuses in the Mesa/Phoenix area.
To Do What: In this position, you will be responsible for administering the Online Division’s job placement program by ensuring successful student placement assistance for Online students

Some of the great work you’ll do includes:
- Establishing relationships with employers to hire IEC online graduates.
- Prepares online students for future employment through relationship building, resume development and interview preparation
- Delivers and coordinates career development workshops and other student professional development functions and events in an online or virtual format.
- Coordinate online employer visits, online recruiting events & virtual job fairs
Your background and skill set includes:
- Experience in recruiting, staffing and B2B sales
- Familiarity using online job searches, social media platforms and virtual platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service, organization, time management & computer skills
- Preferred experience working in a call center environment, trade school or remote job placement environment

Salary : $22 - $24
