Responsibilities include sales training and development, providing guidance and leadership related to meeting and/or exceeding campus and regional recruitment goals. Additional responsibilities include management of marketing at Sage, campus conversion rates, staffing, enrollments and starts. This position will be instrumental in providing feedback to School Directors and regional managers, developing best practices within admissions and successful integration of processes to admissions personnel at Sage.

Primary/Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complies with all Federal, State, and institutional policies.
• Able to travel weekly to campuses within the region.
• Ensure that all admissions personnel adhere to Sage and IEC policies and procedures.
• Train, develop, coach and mentor Admissions Representatives.
• Partner with corporate office and School Director/Regional Directors to ensure adequate staffing needs and advertising.
• Assist advertising at Sage to ensure steady lead flow for campuses.
• Analyze campus conversion rates and develop appropriate training sessions for corrective action.
• Provide guidance, leadership, and support to campuses to ensure effective achievement of admissions operational objectives and recruitment goals.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of admissions reports and paperwork.
• Facilitate daily conference calls with admissions personnel at the campus level.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Success Factors

• Leadership: Responsible for leading Sage’s admissions recruitment goals supporting the campus and Sage/IEC’s mission.

• Goals: Must meet or exceed monthly start goals as set by Sage.
• Organizational Effectiveness: The Regional Director of Admissions for Sage will be the sales and marketing support to campuses for Sage. This position will also be the liaison between campuses and Sage/IEC’s corporate office for admissions, marketing and admissions operations.
• Achieve minimum Conversions Standards for each Campus.
• Achieve acceptable PDL leads and starts.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven admissions and marketing management background in proprietary education.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Effective management, leadership and organizational skills in a campus setting.
• Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple campus conversions, analyzing rep performance, and continuous improvement and implementation of best practices.
• English will be the primary language used; bilingual abilities useful but not required.
