Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Ability to work on a variety of outdoor and indoor signs, including illuminated channel letters (neon/LED), dimensional letters, monument signs, pylon signs, wall signs, and vinyl graphics
- Troubleshoot electrical
- Obtain and prepare materials and tools for job sites
- Perform surveys, including taking measurements, photos, and documenting site information for new signs or assessing existing signs
- Clearing debris and materials from the site after each installation.
- Clearing debris and materials from company vehicles and trailers after each installation.
- Successfully Loading and transporting all signage, tools, hardware, and materials to the location safely.
- Preparing the site for installation by removing old signage, preparing the surface or structure for new signage, and securing the electrical connections.
- Ensuring the effective measurement, placement, connection, and installation of all signage.
- Mounting and installing all signs in accordance with all safety protocols
- Properly completing all required paperwork and sign off sheets
Skills
- Experience in sign installation, electrical work, and construction
- Ability to operate 40’-65’ booms, cranes, and lifts
- Skilled in using installation patterns
- Able to read construction drawings and installation specifications
- Good attitude for work, ability to work on a team
- Valid Class B license with clean driving record
- Able to stand up for long periods
- Able to lift and move heavy objects
- Comfortable working at heights
Schedule:
- Full time with the possibility of overtime
- Typical day shift with some early morning starts or late-night work
- 4/10 work week, Occasional weekend work
- Some out-of-town work with travel and overnight stays.

Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour
