Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of the shop / warehouse including ensuring efficient receiving of signs and materials, fleet management, directing field employees as to scheduling, maintaining work order process, and facilitating smooth communication between Sacramento branch and Escondido corporate office.

Shop / Warehouse Operations:

• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the shop, including managing the receiving, storing, and handling of signs and materials.
• Assist with managing stock levels, ensuring accurate counts and timely replenishment.
• Manage the flow of all materials to their assigned projects

Fleet Maintenance:

• Scheduling and managing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of vehicles with Management approval.

Assist with Field Tech:

• Assist with assigning tasks and delegate responsibilities.
• Assist with addressing employee performance issues and ensure adherence to company policies.

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborating with other departments, such as Customer Service and Management, to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicating effectively with Field employees.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and forward to Escondido corporate office via email and mail.

Job Requirements

• Good attitude for work
• 21 or older
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Forklift experience required.
• Able to stand up or sit down for long periods
• Able to lift and move heavy objects
• Able to follow safety procedures
• Reliable commute to Sacramento, CA 95826

Schedule:

• Full time. Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30 pm
